Software as a Service

IW360’s servers, software, and hosting environment are maintained by InfraWare, relieving our clients of these expensive responsibilities. This backend processing provides automatic speech recognition (ASR) and automatic document delivery and supports synchronous playback of audio with text when ASR is used.
