InfraWare’s Volunteer Program
The InfraTeers Program is an opportunity for InfraWare employees to participate in community service, in line with one of our core values, Engaged Relationships. The InfraTeers team coordinates partnerships with organizations such as Square One of Springfield, Massachusetts, and continues to explore new volunteer opportunities for employees both in person and virtually in the communities in which we live and work.
Consistent with the talents of documentation employees and a desire to promote literacy, InfraWare’s partnership with Square One involved reading stories to students in their preschool program. Thanks to technology like Zoom’s video conferencing, InfraWare employees from all over the country were able to volunteer their time to read to students.
InfraTeers have also volunteered in animal shelters and homeless shelters, for youth programs and organizations, community events, and school athletics. In 2022, InfraWare’s InfraTeers completed 775.5 hours of volunteer service. InfraWare is dedicated to providing opportunities for employees to serve their communities and make a positive impact.
Green Initiatives
InfraWare is committed to reducing our carbon footprint. To that end, we have developed patented technologies that provide paperless documentation solutions in documentation-heavy industries such as healthcare and insurance, significantly reducing paper waste. Currently, we are growing our business to provide additional remote deposition solutions, which require no travel and therefore greatly reduce carbon emissions. We have also introduced electronic billing and payment methods in all industries we serve, which further reduces paper waste. At InfraWare, we care deeply about the environment and will continue to find unique and creative solutions to aid in conserving resources.
